1. Family Care - Detection Notification: “Son, can I click this text?” Mobile Guard will let you know before contacting us. If you set detection notifications, notifications will be shared in real time when malware/smishing is detected.

2. Family care - Location notification: 'Did my daughter arrive at school well?' Don't worry. If you set the location notification, you will be notified when In/Out after setting the safe zone.

3. Family care - Activity reminder: ‘My mother who lives alone, are you okay?’ Mobile Guard will check on your safety instead. If there is no movement of the smartphone within the set period, the guardian is notified.

1. Real-time scan: Detect malicious apps, malicious URLs, and remote control apps in real time when apps are downloaded, installed, or text messages are received.

2. Periodic test: If the phone is charging or the battery level is over 75% between 0:00 and 06:00 in the morning, an automatic test is performed and the result is notified.

3. Auto Diagnosis: If a history of malicious site access is found, the device is diagnosed through the push function and malicious apps are detected.

▶ When using the SK Shielders Mobile Guard service, the following permissions are required.

1. Required access rights

- Phone: Mobile Guard collects the user's mobile phone number, carrier classification, and terminal information (SSAID) for customer classification and SK Telecom customer's additional service (free) linkage.

- Internet and Wi-Fi connection information: Required for Internet connection for customer and product authentication, vaccine DB update, and QR code use.

2. Optional access rights

-Storage space: You can use the virus scan function in memory.

- Access to all files (Android OS 11 or higher): Used to detect and delete viruses for APK files and installed app files stored in the smartphone storage.

- SMS: You can use smishing scan to detect malicious URLs in messages.

-Camera: You can use the safe QR scanner function that detects malicious URLs in QR codes.

- Allow access to usage information: Used to identify memory usage and provide a memory optimization function.

- Physical activity: Motion information from the smartphone can be provided as a notification to the guardian.

-Location: You can be protected by sending your current location to the guardian in Mobile Guard's family care service (location notification), and it is necessary to check the network list in the secure Wi-Fi function.

- Device manager: You can protect your device more safely by preventing Mobile Guard from being arbitrarily deleted by a third party (virus, etc.).

- Receive notification messages: You can receive notifications provided by Mobile Guard, such as notices/security news, event benefits, and other information.

- Device and app records: Required to block sleep mode and run apps after booting the device.

* You can use the service even if you do not agree to the optional access right, but the provision of functions that require the right may be restricted.

[How to revoke access right]

▶ Android 6.0 or later: Settings> Apps> Select permission item> Permission list> Select consent or withdrawal of access permission

▶ Under Android 6.0: Upgrade the operating system to revoke access or delete the app
